Why is Pizza Corral chicken so delicious? I know it’s strictly an opinion but if you try some, I promise you will agree. The reason the chicken is so distinct and delicious is because it is prepared the Pizza Corral way. About the only thing we don’t do is butcher our own birds, but from there on, it’s all PC. Once we receive our chicken we marinate it in our own secret recipe. This is then followed by the breading of the marinated chicken. We use our own breading and we make sure that it is generously, yet evenly spread over the meat. After these steps, the chicken is cooked or “broasted”, as we call it, in extremely hot oil. After 13 minutes of broasting in oil, the chicken comes out extremely hot, but extremely delicious. And of course like with all fried foods boiled in oil, this chicken is fairly healthy.
